Hi everyone --

We wanted to get your reaction to the Vice Presidential debate between Senator Joe Biden and Governor Sarah Palin. Did you watch? What did you think -- and who do you consider the winner? Were there any surprises? Tell us what you considered to be the highlights, the low points and everything in between.

Please note: This discussion will be featured on our homepage as well as our Election 2008 feature page (http://www.ivillage.com/0,,dkrjhqbk,00.html) and may elicit some "Guest" responses from our "Talkback" box tool on the page. Inappropriate responses that violate our Terms of Service will be removed.

Thanks for your input!

"Again I am having a deja vu from 4 years ago."

Don't think the numbers are where they were 4 years ago, but if it makes you happy to hold on to your deja vu moment, that's good.

"You obviously haven't seen the ads running in NC. "

No, Obama is not going to take McCain's attack ads lying down. Obama is not a punching bag. Obama is not going to do a John Kerry and lie down and play dead while he gets Swiftboated. If McCain attacks he is also going to have to defend.

Joe Biden. Sarah Palin IGNORED some questions altogether. She is a joke and I'm getting tired of her folksy "hockey mom" pandering!!!

Joe Biden hands down . He sounded so educated and by the end of it i felt 1000 % sure if god forbid he had to be president he was ready . Which was the point of a v.p debate . Sarah Palin didn't answer any questions and her fake cheerleader sleazy car seller charm was a big turn off to a lot of people who liked her in the beginning because she was genuine . She just kept on repeating talking points , didn't answer any questions and was very disrespectful to mention Biden's family tragedy at all . Bottom line she seemed phony . I don't know why Biden in the media wasn't shown the clear winner all the polls show he won by at least 20% . Biden won we will be lucky to have a v.p so experienced and smart in these tough times .
