So, what if she WINS?

You know, Palin could win this debate.  Stranger things have happened.

And if she does, I'm going to come on here and announce just as loudly as those who think it will be "biased" against her, that the moderator after taking all this flack, only gave Palin the EASY questions.  It doesn't matter whether it's true or not.  Being reasonable or particularly truthful doesn't seem to be on the menu today.

Easy questions - that's the EXCUSE I'm going to use since that appears to be the word for the day for Palin devotees - excuse, excuse, excuse.  And I will guarantee you I can go to 20 different left-wing blogs and post those very "opinions" which will be just as valid as any opinion posted on here today about the moderator of this debate.

Meanwhile, I'll play Palin Bingo as the debate unfolds.  LOL

Easy questions for Palin:

1. What color is an orange?

2. Who's buried in Grant's Tomb?

3. How long to do cook a three minute egg?

Boy, did I give my age away with those.

I was very eager to watch Al Gore wipe the floor with W in 2000, which really didn't happen. I heard she is a good debater and I don't think that its going to be as bad as its being predicted. I could be wrong. I am for Obama/Biden and I'm afraid Biden might run his mouth or say something "questionable". I hope not.

I never know who "wins" in these things. I thought both McCain and Obama did very well in their debate. It surprised me to hear people say that one or the other was a clear winner. Something very dramatic would have to happen for me to say that Palin or Biden won.

Besides, I don't get the whole winning thing anyway. The original intent of the debates was to speak to the people and to one another, for them to expound upon their world views and their plans. If I learn something new, it's a good debate, in my mind.

It doesn't matter who "wins" or "loses" (and how DO they keep score again?) but how you play the game...

It definitely should be interesting!

>>I hope you know that the post was a lot of tongue in cheek

Oh yes. I could certainly tell that. No worries. *smile*

>>Really, though, she has no where to go but up. After the interviews, no room to go down.

Yes, and it wouldn't surprise me a bit if she pulled out a big show tonight.

We'll see!

If she wins, truly wins (not just gets by without embarrassing herself), then we can take those poor interviews with Gibson and Couric with
