Obama Accuses Our Armed Forces of Attacking Civilians in Afghanistan
Obama blood libels America’s Armed Forces with accusation of “air raiding villages and killing civiliansâ€
The following was reported in the Nashua Telegraph, and there is a YouTube video as well.
- “Now you have narco drug lords who are helping to finance the Taliban, so we’ve got to get the job done there, and that requires us to have enough troops that we are not just air raiding villages and killing civilians, which is causing enormous problems there,’’ Obama said.
Our quarrel is not with Obama’s assertion that we need more troops in Afghanistan, but rather with his emulation of John Kerry by accusing the Armed Forces of the United States of behaving like Genghis Khan. It is easy to imagine how Osama bin Laden might use Obama’s statement to recruit Afghans to his cause: “A U.S. Senator and Presidential candidate says his country’s Armed Forces are bombing your villages and killing your wives and children indiscriminately. If you join Al Qaida, you can fight back.†Note that Osama bin Laden need not prove to his listeners that our Armed Forces attacked any villages or killed any civilians, he can just tell them to take Senator and would-be President Barack Obama’s word for it.
This is the sort of thing that can literally kill our service members–including not only John McCain’s and Sarah Palin’s sons, but also the son of Obama’s own running mate, who also is in the Armed Forces. It is clear and convincing evidence that Obama is totally unfit to command the Armed Forces of the United States, and every service member and people with family members in the Armed Forces needs to see this.

a) Old news
b) He doesn't accuse troops of "murder"
However, you can't fight a successful counter-guerilla operation only from the air.
We are killing civilians there.
Isn't it interesting how things sound when you take them out of context?
