Palin: "Obama palling with terrorists"

I just heard Palin say that Obama has such disdain for his country that "he is palling around with terrorists"

Well, I guess we now get to see where the nickname "Barricuda" comes from. I am not surprised that this comes from the book banning, moose shooting, VP candidate, who believes that being close to Russia makes her a foreign policy expert.

I am however disappointed at McCain. He promised that he would not go to the gutter. He said that as a victim of Rove's tactics in 2000, he's against the politics of personal destruction. So much for the aisle crossing maverick. I guess when you start tanking in the polls, you pal around with Rove.

Ayers also said that he gave that interview before September 11.

It isn't tripe....It isn't hard to bring this to the gutter...Obama hangs there often.

Yeah, I would consider sleeping with the enemy much more serious than serving on a board with an enemy.

this is just the beginning of what is going to be a long, nasty fight until the end. McCain/Palin can smell the blood in the water and have to now go down swinging. They are going to rev up the nasty from now until Nov 4 and may I just say that they are already looking even more pathetic than ususal. They are going to have to do much better that some 60's radical who is now a professor at a university.

I did take the time to read it. Believe me, in no way, shape or form am I condoning what he's done and I don't agree with violence in any form but still, there is no difference between what is being said now and what was said then. He said that certain lines were taken out of context:

>>"This is not a question of being misunderstood or 'taken out of context', but of deliberate distortion." In the ensuing years, Ayers has repeatedly avowed that when he said he had "no regrets" and that "we didn't do enough" he was speaking only in reference to his efforts to stop the United States from waging the Vietnam War, efforts which he has described as ". . . inadequate the war dragged on for a decade." Ayers has maintained that the two statements were not intended to imply a wish they had set more bombs.<<
