It's too bad the economists are not on your side:

This is how David Broder concludes his article:
"It may be that we will not know what policies we're getting until one of them takes office. But I was struck by the survey of economists reported in the current issue of the Economist, the London newsmagazine that covers America so well. It found much greater confidence in the economic views and advisers of Obama than McCain. The 142 respondents included far more Democrats than Republicans. But even among Republicans, the Obama team was rated superior -- and among the unaffiliated, the choice was overwhelming.
That is less satisfying a measure than the candidates themselves could provide if they were more candid. But it may be the best we can get."

Well that isn't necessarily so.

Nationally, most economists are male, and I'm told that most are registered as either Democrats or independents. Our sample reflects that imbalance:
48 percent -- Democrats
17 percent -- Republicans
27 percent -- Independents
3 percent -- Libertarian
5 percent -- Other or not registered
This is who completed this study.

I believe there were 146 respondents to this study.
((What about the Keating 5 that John McCain was “palling around with”, which, unlike their terrorist story, happens to be true. Many of those victims will never get their money back. What about John McCain having an affair with Cindy while he was still married to his ex-wife, who was disabled? What about Sarah Palin shooting innocent animals from a helicopter for fun? What about Sarah Palin wielding her power re: the librarian and the supervisor of her ex-broter-in law? Also, it goes without saying that Sarah Palin is hardly a great role model for mothers of teen-aged girls.))
McCain has committed real crimes and Obama's record is clean. These lies are outrageous, and the radicals that believe it are willing to vote our country into oblivion. Bush43 was way too much. 8 years of hell. 4 more of McCain will cause serious damage. How can McCain lie about being bipartisan and then attack a fellow senator behind his back? A two-faced liar is what McCain is showing us. He will do the same when in office...it is ALL he knows how to do. Divide and LIE.
>>Nope, it would not be. You can research if you feel inclined and share you wealth of findings that are truthful and factual because "you said so"
What "would not be"?
