I think its important to teach about the birds and the bee's and birth control and how to prevent pregnancy and HIV + other STDs and it doesn't matter if your gay or straight or bi - that's universal for everyone.

Fuggetaboutit...when the left is faced with a truth that throws a wrench into their ideology, they either play the shell game or they just pretend that it isn't there.

Only on the left do you hear enforcement of the law as intimidation.

YOu forget a lot of families cannot afford health care and/or/both a trip to the doctor due to price of gas and they don't want to pay the co-payments. That is why we need an "educator" to teach it for free in a "course" not a 5 minute conversation with a busy doctor that charges way more per hour

We can go back and forth but as I said before, most children do not come from open homes (like my parents, no way would they allow me to do that), their parents are not going to say “okay” take a bus to a public health department and see if they will give a lesson in Sex Ed and all the diseases out there, go back and read my other posts, that is the POINT of having this in school to avoid the embarrassment and the parents saying no and the confusion the kids are experiencing during their adolescence years, I’d rather they get it from a professional than second hand information through other kids that may or may not be accurate
