Cindy is accusing Obama of running, not just a "dirty" campaign, but the "dirtiest" campaign in American history. lol. lol. The woman has brain damage or she's getting better at lying. Either way, she is not the best surrogate for McCain's campaign in its weakened state. Psst...check out WHO the people that Cindy visited in the hospital are supporting. NOT "that older one". lol.
Poor Cindy. So much money, so little control in her life. McCain is hiding behind her money and how her skirt. Notice how McCain is "pimping out" his "pit bulls" while keeping his hands clean? Good grief, John. Have some dignity and courage, man.

Cindy McCain makes appearance at Children's Hospital
By KATE HOWARD
Staff Writer
Cindy McCain said today that she expects her husband to clear the record at tonight’s debate and let America know where he truly stands.
McCain, who stopped to visit a half-dozen children at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt today, said the presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama has "waged the dirtiest campaign in American history,” and her husband Sen. John McCain will use tonight’s debate to correct the distortions.
“What I have found is that it’s necessary to make sure the American people understand what we have to say, what we stand for as a husband and wife, and what we will do for the American people if we’re lucky enough to be elected,” Cindy McCain said.
Cindy McCain, who has said she initially did not want her husband to enter the 2008 race after the contentious primary he lost to President George W. Bush, said this race is even nastier.
In the midst of a deep economic crisis, the potential first lady said, the blame game needs to stop and civility in politics needs to make a comeback.
“The days of Ronald Reagan and Tip O’Neill are what we need to look to: a divided government but a government that needs to agree to disagree,” she said. “We’re now seeing polarizing factions, people politicizing things that should be about what’s best for America. Instead, they’re doing what’s best for themselves.”
Before interviews with the press, McCain spent about 20 minutes visiting with children staying at the hospital who gathered to work on voting bags to pass out to other patients. Cindy McCain spoke in hushed tones to the children and worked with volunteers to assemble the packets.
Edd Allison, who volunteers at the children’s hospital once a week, was pleased to meet the candidate’s wife.
“She’s a very admirable person, and she does a lot of good in the world,” Allison said. “I have a lot of respect for her.”
Carson Winston left with a prize he was sure his father would envy: Cindy McCain signed his T-shirt, which now reads “Carson – My new best friend!”
Just two of the youngsters in the room were close to voting age: Beatriz Zamora and her friend Anna Robertson. Both 17 and classmates in an AP government class, they’ve been following the race closely and wish they could have the chance to cast their vote.
Who would their vote go to? Beatriz cocks her head and stares intently.
“Barack Obama,” she said firmly.
Still, both girls were excited to meet the Republican candidate’s wife.
“We like the McCains too,” Anna explained. “We just like the Obamas better.”
For Ireland Lane, 7 ½, meeting Cindy McCain was everything she hoped for. As she sat in McCain’s lap and posed for a photo, Ireland learned they both like math and reading.
“She was pretty,” Ireland said with a beaming smile. “She was nice, too.”
Her mother, Danielle Lane, was thrilled to meet a fellow Navy wife who is so pro-military.
“She’s so down to earth and nice,” Lane said. “It was really great to see her.”
And when she gets home, the first thing she’s doing is putting that picture of her daughter and the potential next First Lady of the United States on her MySpace page.

>>> Then, why does she not see her hubby's "dirty" doings? Cindy is in GOP land. She believes everything that they tell her and like a good little girl, she follows orders. Very sad.
Well, there would have to be "dirty doings" in order to see them...but at least she's not "angry." ; )
((Well, there would have to be "dirty doings" in order to see them...but at least she's not "angry." ; )))
You mean like McCain, right? I know. He is soooo angry and grumpy as they say. His contempt for the truth and veterans and Social Security is ridiculous. McCain needs couseling to deal with his lack of professionalism and control. Can you imagine how he would conduct meetings with world leaders? Yep, he would be shouting and pointing fingers and cussing, just like the Youtube videos of congress. McCain really needs to retire.
Oh, and Cindy sees McCain's nasty campaign, but she wants to be First Lady more than she wants to see the truth... that they are losing this campaign and using desperate Rovian tactics (minus the strategy) lol. I am used to her lies. She said that Mother Theresa personally told her to adopt her daughter, when the truth was that Mother Theresa was the name of the orphanage, but she wasn't there the day that Cindy took her daughter home. Poor Cindy.
McCain got in on the whole delusional thing, too. OMG, they are falling apart!!
"My Fellow Prisoners," McCain Calls Americans

After referring to the various proposals that comprise his domestic policy agenda, John McCain offered an absolute head-scratcher of a line during a campaign speech on Wednesday.
"Across this country this is the agenda I have set before my fellow prisoners," he declared. In the prepared remarks he was supposed to say "fellow citizens."
Cindy's chills should be multiplyin' with the revelation (after she returns to Earth) that her hubby voted AGAINST the troops more than Obama. Poor Cindy. She's no better than Sarah when it comes to knowing her history.

Despite His Votes To Cut Veterans Funding, McCain Says We Owe Vets ‘A Debt We Can Never Repay’»
Today, Sen. John McCain spoke to the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Kansas City, MO. He spoke at length about the sacrifice paid by U.S. soldiers in Iraq, acknowledging “how little has been asked of others compared to their service” and declaring that the nation owes veterans “a debt that we can never fully repay.”
He also said that veterans should have access to “the highest quality health…care in the world” upon returning:
As President, I will do everything in my power to ensure that those who serve today and those who have served in the past have access to the highest quality health, mental health and rehabilitative care in the world. The disgrace of Walter Reed must not be forgotten. … Whatever our commitments to veterans cost, we will keep them, as you have kept every commitment to us. The honor of a great nation is at stake.
Not only has he refused to support the 21st Century GI Bill, which the Veterans of Foreign Wars endorsed last June, he has consistently voted against increasing funding for the Veterans’ Administration, which oversees all medical care for veterans:
– Voted AGAINST an amendment providing $20 billion to the VA’s medical facilities.
– Voted AGAINST providing $430 million to the VA for outpatient care “and treatment for veterans,” one of only 13 senators to do so.
– Voted AGAINST increasing VA funding by $1.5 billion by closing corporate loopholes.
– Voted AGAINST increasing VA funding by $1.8 billion by ending “abusive tax loopholes.”
– Voted AGAINST FOR a $650 million increase in veterans’ medical care funding.
Though McCain has derided progressive universal health care plans as “a government takeover,” he is mum on the success of the VA, a government-run, integrated approach that, as Paul Krugman put it, is “one of the few clear American success stories in the struggle to contain health care costs.”
McCain’s zero-regulation, every-man-for-himself approach to health insurance would in effect “dismantle” the VA — what Krugman calls “a completely wrongheaded approach to health care.”

Invoking son's service, Cindy McCain levels tough shot at Obama on troops
Cindy McCain, with her husband and Sarah Palin at a rally in Pennsylvania, took one of her most personal shots yet at Barack Obama today.
“The day that Sen. Obama cast a vote to not to fund my son when he was serving sent a cold chill through my body let me tell you,” Cindy McCain said in introducing the GOP ticket. “I would suggest Sen. Obama change shoes with me for just one day. I suggest he take a day and go watch our men and women deploying.”
The McCains have both largely avoided discussing the military service of their two sons during the campaign. Jimmy McCain, the younger of the two, is a Marine who has already served a tour in Iraq. His brother, Jack, is at Annapolis.
Cindy McCain is plainly unhappy with Obama. Her comments this afternoon come a day after she said in Nashville that the Democrat had waged "the dirtiest campaign in American history"

>>> You mean like McCain, right? I know. He is soooo angry and grumpy as they say.
He looks quite calm to me. In fact, he was getting chastised by some in the media for NOT being angry.
>>> His contempt for the truth and veterans and Social Security is ridiculous.
You mean like Obama, right? I know. He is soooo contemptuous of the truth and veterans and social security, it's ridiculous.
>>> McCain needs couseling to deal with his lack of professionalism and control. Can you imagine how he would conduct meetings with world leaders? Yep, he would be shouting and pointing fingers and cussing, just like the Youtube videos of congress. McCain really needs to retire.
I'd rather have McCain shouting at our enemies than licking their butts like Obama would do. Pucker up Barry, here comes Ahmadinejad...sure hope he didn't have beans for lunch.
>>> Oh, and Cindy sees McCain's nasty campaign, but she wants to be First Lady more than she wants to see the truth...
Michelle sees the lies and hate that Barry is spewing, but she so desperately wants to be "the first black woman to legally sleep in the White House" that she believes the means justify the ends. Pathetic.
>>> that they are losing this campaign and using desperate Rovian tactics (minus the strategy) lol. I am used to her lies. Right...Cindy who has a long, long record of caring for needy children and helping those in need...compared to angry Michelle, who has a record of helping herself and dumping her kids in daycare.
((He looks quite calm to me. In fact, he was getting chastised by some in the media for NOT being angry....Michelle sees the lies and hate that Barry is spewing, but she so desperately wants to be "the first black woman to legally sleep in the White House" ))
Why is it OK for McCain to be angry, but not Michelle? lol. Another flawed argument.
((Right...Cindy who has a long, long record of caring for needy children and helping those in need...))
Now, But, Cindy is a recovering drug addict...so many years before she was clean and sober, we don't know what in the hell she did with her kids, do we? Maybe they were taken care of by a nanny.
IMHO, Michelle will be a much better first lady than Cindy, because Cindy turns a blind eye to McCain's poor voting record on Veterans, seniors, energy, and education. We don't need 4 more years of weak leadership from the GOP and McCain.
