Sarah Palin: GUILTY of Abuse of Power

Sarah did it! The standing Governor of Alaska is found Guilty of Abuse of Power by letting First Dude have so much access to state information, state employees, and making over 19 calls to pressure a state official to fire her BIL out of revenge. It was unlawful, but no charges??

I knew it. She did it as Mayor and got away with it. The McCain camp is making excuses as usual, instead of taking responsibility for her/their actions. Details will be released soon.

I think you can't stand that so many people support Palin.

I actually think Todd did the right thing. He lives in America, therefore should have freedom of speech. He should be able to talk to anyone he pleases about what kind of low life that the corruption is allowing to be a state trooper.

Yes I understand the you feel perfectly comfortable having Todd pressuring folks to do as he wishes from the office of the Governor, and find his wife's inability to do anything about it a comforting trait.

Sorry if I feel like child abusing drunk drivers who threaten to kill people shouldn't be employed as state troopers. And I also think the uncle of the child who was tasered should have a right to speak out against it.

Then he should never have been cc'ed on official administration business - STATE business. Ever. Or allowed to hold meetings in HER office regarding such matters.

If Todd Palin had called a press conference to speak out against his nephew getting tasered I'd consider that freedom of speech.

When you say "used his wife's office" to pressure, can you be more specific as to how he did that?

Do you know what the outcome of the investigation of the trooper was? He admitted to tasering his stepson as a "training exercise". There was also another child in the room, Bristol Palin. So not only did he taser Todd's nephew, he traumatized Todd's daughter. He was caught driving drunk with an open container of alcohol in his car, but was not charged with DUI because he was a state trooper (TALK ABOUT ABUSE OF POWER!), and there were witnesses who heard the trooper threaten to kill Palin's father, "He will eat a bullet".

So, do you know how he was disciplined by the department? We was given a 10 day suspension which was later reduced to 5 days. He is still a state trooper to this day. I think Todd Palin has every right to speak up about this.

His consequence is not my problem.
