Sarah Palin: GUILTY of Abuse of Power

Sarah did it! The standing Governor of Alaska is found Guilty of Abuse of Power by letting First Dude have so much access to state information, state employees, and making over 19 calls to pressure a state official to fire her BIL out of revenge. It was unlawful, but no charges??

I knew it. She did it as Mayor and got away with it. The McCain camp is making excuses as usual, instead of taking responsibility for her/their actions. Details will be released soon.

Getting technical here, it doesn't say that Sarah encouraged or allowed this.

I don't believe it was abuse of power. I think he had a right to be incensed about Wooten and to speak out about it.

I don't mind that he used her office, just like I never minded when Hillary Clinton used Bill's.

When did Hillary use Bills office to pressue people into violating other people's rights under the law?

I remember her firing the entire white house travel office. All those people's lives turned upside down who found themselves suddenly jobless...

Sarah Palin didn't do ANYTHING to try to overturn the outcome of an investigation, and neither did Todd. What he did was speak out about why he believed that this mentally disturbed man should not be a state trooper. Any rational person would feel the same way. He did not threaten anybody using the power of the governor's office, nor did he or the governor fire anybody! Sarah Palin didn't even fire Monegan! She transferred him to another job and he quit.

And you have no idea how I feel about Gonzales's office.

And who was pressured to violate another person's rights under the law?

No matter how much you dislike what you know of the trooper actions, he has a right to due process.

Exactly HOW did he try to pressure Monegan? What techniques of "pressure" were used?

Also, you made the statement but failed to answer the question: Who was pressured to violate another person's rights under the law? Please explain what you meant by that.
