Sarah Palin: GUILTY of Abuse of Power

Sarah did it! The standing Governor of Alaska is found Guilty of Abuse of Power by letting First Dude have so much access to state information, state employees, and making over 19 calls to pressure a state official to fire her BIL out of revenge. It was unlawful, but no charges??

I knew it. She did it as Mayor and got away with it. The McCain camp is making excuses as usual, instead of taking responsibility for her/their actions. Details will be released soon.

I understand. You can't answer because there was NO pressure of any kind applied.

How was Monegan pressured? And speaking of due process, WHAT ABOUT SARAH PALIN'S rights to due process? She did not have the right to cross examine her accusers. Her attorney was not allowed to sit in on testimony. HER rights of due process were the only due process rights which were violated. But Democrats don't seem to be too concerned about that. You wouldn't consider that to be a bit hypocritical would you?

Maybe you can help me out. What techniques were used to "pressure" Monegan? Was he threatened in any way? What?

I don't understand how you know what Todd said. I also don't understand how you know it was one man's opinion. If that was the case, why did they even have a committee? Please explain. TIA.

The only October Surprise I have heard anything about, was referring to the republicans. How do you KNOW he is a "political hack", or that he was told to supply an October Surprise? I can't imagine that would be common knowledge, if that had been the case.

From what I have read, the committee members didn't disagree with the findings; they felt they didn't have enough time to form an opinion. Hopefully, come January, the legislature or whomever is going to review the papers, will have enough time to thoroughly read the report, and then come to a bi-partisan conclusion.

I've been researching this reading the various news stories. Todd has been quoted in some of them.

This one was very helpful in helping me to understand what was going on:

I read in a couple of news stories that some of the committee members disagreed with the conclusion. I think I posted one of those stories for you to read from MSNBC? Also several of the stories mentioned that the head of the committee said that this could be an "October Surprise". I'll try to find one of them and post it for you.

If this was in response to one of my posts, you misquoted part of it. It is a case of the pot-kettle thing. It is against TOS to discuss someone to another person in a post. If you have something to say to me, you can always e-mail me. I haven't said anything different in nature, than I've received from the other side. I have noticed, how you only criticize liberals, never conservatives. There are times we each don't take the high road. That means everyone here. If I receive a post stating something I know has been twisted to give a different appearance, I'll call it what it is. We have different posting styles, but acerbic replies are just as snarky.
