Sarah Palin: GUILTY of Abuse of Power

Sarah did it! The standing Governor of Alaska is found Guilty of Abuse of Power by letting First Dude have so much access to state information, state employees, and making over 19 calls to pressure a state official to fire her BIL out of revenge. It was unlawful, but no charges??

I knew it. She did it as Mayor and got away with it. The McCain camp is making excuses as usual, instead of taking responsibility for her/their actions. Details will be released soon.

As I said, I was responding (in kind) to what you posted. The "her" was Palin. If you're really interested, you can go back to see what you posted.

It was improper for the Legislative Committee to do the investigation in the first place. It is, and remains, one man's opinion presented to a group that has no authority to act on it.

Who is "they", and how do you know what, if anything, they decided before the investigation?

Hmmm...I wonder what kind of denial you'll get back? Personally, I doubt if you'll even get a reply. Libs tend not to be able to accept the truth or have the integrity to admit when they were wrong. It's usually easier to just ignore it.

Thank you for the link. I had already read it from when you posted it to someone else. With so much that hasn't been released, I don't think anyone can come to an accurate conclusion. I do think they could have come out with a statement, explaining why they weren't prepared to release a report yet. Most people would understand, if they had said they had over 1,300 pages to study and discuss, and just weren't ready to submit a formal statement. Believe it or not, I believe we all just want to know the truth. Nothing more, nothing less.

The problem I have with blaming Obama, is the fact the investigation was started before she was picked to be on the ticket with McCain.

"They" could refer to the Dems who were already sure that Palin was guilty before the investigation began, or "they" could refer to the Dems conducting the actual investigation who warned of an "October surprise" before the investigation even began. Take your pick...they're equally partisan and share a lack of integrity.

Obama bought his house before he ran for the Senate. So your information is incorrect.
Are you denying McCain has 13 homes? He has admitted so himself. I don't remember how many cars he agreed he had, but it wasn't liberals whining about anything. It was simply pointing out McCain's numerous homes are worth much more than Obama's one house. Obama used Rezko's realtor when looking at the house. Like anyone else buying a home, he bargained for the best deal possible. He did not pay $300,000 under market value for his home. The price for the adjoining lot was determined by both Rezko and Obama. You are incorrect in saying the price was set by Obama. You are also incorrect in saying the property was devalued. Obama bought his home in the same manner as everyone else, in spite of conservatives trying to prove otherwise. He is so much more honest and honorable than McCain or Palin.

Obama has never distanced himself from his grandmother. I don't know your sources of information, but they are seriously flawed. You might try other non-biased sources, as they fed you a bunch of lies. Shame on them. Obama is not a "scumbag politician". Unlike McCain, he hasn't been in Washington long enough to become as tainted as McCain.

Thank you for the link. It's a well written report. It just confirms my take on the whole thing. As for the accusations against Palin, I think we need more information. I do think there was probably some truth to it. I just don't know about Todd. I have to admit I have reservations about Todd. I do believe Todd had an office within Sarah's offices, and he was privy to information he had no right to know. However, that isn't what the investigation is about, and that's why I'm reserving judgment until more is known from the legislature...should they decide to continue with the investigation.
