Sarah Palin: GUILTY of Abuse of Power
| Fri, 10-10-2008 - 10:18pm |
Sarah did it! The standing Governor of Alaska is found Guilty of Abuse of Power by letting First Dude have so much access to state information, state employees, and making over 19 calls to pressure a state official to fire her BIL out of revenge. It was unlawful, but no charges??
I knew it. She did it as Mayor and got away with it. The McCain camp is making excuses as usual, instead of taking responsibility for her/their actions. Details will be released soon.

ABC poll shows Obama's lead 10 points and growing. http://rawstory.com/news/afp/Obama_leads_McCain_by_10_points_in__10132008.html
McCain is flailing that he'll really get Obama next debate, after he and Palin lost the last 3 in a row according to all unbiased polls. http://rawstory.com/news/afp/McCain_vows_greatest_comeback_yet_10132008.html
I wonder what gimmicks McCain will cook up this time. It will be hard to top his pick of Palin, the phony suspension of his campaign and his flailing about the rescue plans.
McCain (R) got a nice trip to stay in Charlies Bahama's resort - bet he and Cindy, or whomever he was with at the time had a
I won't go down the road about Palin's report.
Palin was guilty. You can say it's no biggie. Never happened. Was all a fix. Blah blah blah.
Guilty.
This raises serious questions which should not be blown off so lightly. This person is unvetted. She is inexperienced. She has lied a lot and repeatedly. She has said some really wacky things without even realizing how silly they are - like repeating how close Russia is when asked in an interview if she really thinks being near Eastern Russia (that's further in the Russian backwater than Siberia by the way) somehow gives her foreign policy experience.
Let's get one thing out of the way now. If you want to continue this debate, I expect you to be respectful, and stop insulting me. I've had enough of it.
Comments like:"Now to the more salient point…the shady nature of the deal. I know you’ll just put your fingers in your ears rather than listen to the facts, but I’ll give it a go anyway…"..are rude and uncalled for!
One of the included links will answer your innuendo's.
Contrary to your snide remark about me not reading your links, I do read them. Now, let's see if you will afford me the same courtesy. Let's see if you have an open mind, unlike what you have accused me of not having.
< If you looked at the link (what am I thinking?)> Rude again!
You do NOT know what upsets me. Please stop making assumptions about me.
Second time around:" I know they upset you, but facts are facts."> Those are your unverified facts.

The deal was NOT shady.
Only Rezko was his neighbor. Ayers only lives in the same neighborhood. I have no idea where Wright lives...how do you KNOW?
Can you back up your innuendo's about Rezko's wife? The implication is there must be something wrong because she only earns $35,000/year. She is married to a multi-millionaire, so she would have access to a lot of money through their joint accounts. Unless you have something concrete to show impropriety on her part, please stop trying to make it sound otherwise.
In spite of having been told numerous times, it was the republicans who killed McCain's attempt to enter a bill recommending regulating the mortgage companies, you insist on posting:"economic troubles have their beginnings in Democrat policies and these damaging policies were defended vigorously by Democrats when Bush and McCain tried to impose regulations.">
Once again: McCain's "bill" never made it out of committee. That means the republican's killed it, because the democrats never had a chance to even see it, much less discuss it or kill it. It never made it to the floor to be voted on. Republican's were in complete control at that time. Hopefully you understand why the democrats didn't have anything to do with it. It's unfortunate, McCain was so adamantly pro deregulation for so many years. At least he finally saw the error of his ways. It's too bad the republicans didn't want regulations instituted. Yes, the republican's who killed it in committee, were corrupt.
< WAKE UP!> Thank you, but I AM AWAKE!!Perhaps it's time you accept the facts about what happened to McCain's bill!

The report is not about being free of bias.
>>>>I mean Tony pays full price for the lot, and Obama gets a deal. Again just doesn't ring true.
Ah, but it is true and legal and normal. We've already established this so you're just hung up on personalities. So be it. It seems you're not looking for truth anyway.
>>>>If you would like to continue to debate with me, please be respectful. Thanks.
If you think there is a TOS violation in any of my postings to you, please feel free to report them, otherwise, you're best to refrain from instructing others on how to post. Better yet, don't respond if you don't like the tone or put me or anyone else, on ignore.
