Sarah did it! The standing Governor of Alaska is found Guilty of Abuse of Power by letting First Dude have so much access to state information, state employees, and making over 19 calls to pressure a state official to fire her BIL out of revenge. It was unlawful, but no charges??

I knew it. She did it as Mayor and got away with it. The McCain camp is making excuses as usual, instead of taking responsibility for her/their actions. Details will be released soon.

Why do you say her "hand picked board"? Are you building your propaganda arsenal for an attack later, if they do not rule as you desire? And, btw, the Personell Board does not serve at the pleasure of the Governor. That means she cannot fire them.

Are you the former "Mooseburger -Ect.? If so, please let me know so that I can put you on "ignore".

>>That is not true at all. The investigation was NOT bi-partisan.

Hmmm, they're still trying to claim that investigator's opinion means diddley-squat.

The governor appoints them, yes, however, the previous governor appointed ALL of them. The previous Governor who she defeated in the last election, but that is really beside the point. She can't fire them.

Who would be the one to get rid of them if the governor is the one who appoints them?

Thank you for providing that article. Very interesting. Since the Personnel Board is investigating, do you think this means that they voted to turn it over to the body that was supposed to be investigating it according to Alaska State law? The news stories are all over the place with facts. I have read several places that they voted to release the report.

No. They are not. They were all appointed by her predecessor. One was re-appointed by Palin when his/her term ran out.

No. They have set terms which expire. The governor can reappoint them when their term expires, which she has done with one of them.
