I think McC's bitterness and dirty campaign is much worse that a few "uh's" in a speech.

That is a funny video. I never viewed him as an eloquent speaker as others have described him.
OTOH, I would not say that the use of "uh" makes him dumb as the title of the video suggests. The polls would not look like this if he were dumb:
