What is up with this garbage? McCain and Palin have to put their foot down to stop this. McCain bears some responsibility because his campaign has fostered nasty rude attacks that dehumanize Obama. But at least McCain was man enough to realize the monster he has created and McCain tried to calm down his angry mobs of supporters.

Palin, on the other hand, doesn't seem to know or care how to act like a decent human being. She is really scary.

1. Why?

Uh huh.

1. You have no material from the Obama campaign. The McCain campaign itself is going around saying things like Obama is "palling around" with terrorists and trying to associate Obama with terrorists like he is one. They are so good at whipping up mob-like hatred that McCain got booed when he pointed out Obama is not someone to be scared of as President and that Obama is a decent family man.

2. I don't see any Hitler comparisons. My gosh, on this board alone we've seen Republican bloggers grasp at the straws of Hitler comparisons.

3. There just isn't nearly as much of this hate junk on the Democratic side. The Fox-Republicans are whipping up their base to drive them to the polls. And the rest of America is shaking their heads. We are going to the polls to negate the hate and vote for change.

"Well I have been on democratunderground, and I have seen the bloggers there. Those people are crazy."

Yeah, like I said, they are comparing the other side's candidate to Hitler! Wait, oops, that's the Republican bloggers on iVillage. You know the same ones who say the Republicans are not hate mongering. Uh huh.

And please do try to explain again how saying Obama palls around with terrorists and trying to connect him with terrorists is not hateful attack politics. Again, and again, and I'll keep saying it again as long as people keep saying things that are flat wrong in trying to deny McCain's hateful politics, it's gotten so bad that McCain's mob-like rallies are booing him when he says Obama is not someone to be scared of, he is not Arab, and Obama is a decent family man. Give me a break.

There have been plenty of economists, plenty of posts on this board, plenty of articles in the news and plenty of political pundits on television saying that neither party is guilt-free. In the minority, there are those who blame the Replublicans, and those who blame the Democrats.

Anyone here can continue to engage in selective reading and listening, if he/she so chooses, however, most of us make an effort to understand both sides of the arguments.
