What is up with this garbage? McCain and Palin have to put their foot down to stop this. McCain bears some responsibility because his campaign has fostered nasty rude attacks that dehumanize Obama. But at least McCain was man enough to realize the monster he has created and McCain tried to calm down his angry mobs of supporters.

Palin, on the other hand, doesn't seem to know or care how to act like a decent human being. She is really scary.

Did anyone see/read "The Kite Runner"? Here's what the author has to say:

"The Taliban are clawing their way back in Afghanistan, the country that I hope many of my fellow Americans have come to understand better through my novels. People are losing their homes and their jobs and are watching the future slip away from them. But instead of addressing these problems, the McCain-Palin ticket is doing its best to distract Americans by provoking fear, anxiety and hatred. Country first? Hardly."

Get real!

Is any other politician addressed using his middle name if he does not normally use the middle name himself?

George H.W. Bush

Ronald ? Reagan

Jimmy ? Carter

Gerald ? Ford

Richard ? Nixon

Do you also feel that Obama needs to put his foot down and stop ACORN from it's fraudulent voter registration activities? Surely you feel Obama bears some responsibility because he paid ACORN $800,000 to get out the vote for him. I haven't heard him telling ACORN that their fraudulent activities are unacceptable. Maybe he gave them that kind of money to help him win because he knew about their past illegal activities after all it's common knowledge. I would imagine you're equally upset with him about that, right?

I've never seen any indication that Obama is ashamed of his middle name. But I'd bet you that if his middle name was Steven or Michael, you'd never hear it mentioned.

Sort of like if Palin wasn't a woman she wouldn't be getting slammed for being a bad parent.
