Overall, I would give a VERY slight edge to Obama.

I agree. McCain did great in the first half but Obama hit his stride about halfway through (I thought he did a better job at explaining his plans and policies than McCain). He did a better job of trying to stay on track and discuss policy (keeping his cool) and the future instead of goading and trying to draw blood the way McCain was doing.

In the end, I'd call it a draw.

I liked McCain's line about not being George Bush (if he wanted to run against bush he should have done it 4 years a go). Good line.

I have to admit that I was getting quite tired of "Joe the Plumber".

I think McCain looked on edge and like he was going to blow his top and Obama kept his composure, as he always does.
