That's one of the salient points...that Ayres picked Obama to manage his "baby." The idea that Ayres would choose someone he didn't know, or that didn't share his radical ideology, is ridiculous. He chose Obama because the two were friends and shared a common ideology. This is the same reason that Ayres held Obama's first fundraiser in his home.
A similar situation existed with Rev. Wright. It wasn't a coincidence these two met. Obama was warned that Trinity Church was radical, but Obama sought it out purposefully. He also instigated a friendship with the well known radical Rev. Wright, eventually "adopting" him as a personal mentor.
He wants to raise taxes on corporations, even though they are already among the highest taxed in the world. And, of course, these increases will be passed along to us consumers. That's okay with them
