More bad judgment, and bad character.

Can you post a link to the information that Michelle Obama ordered these specific items on the day in question?

How do you know that this big crime of Michelles' eating Lobster is even true. The only place that article can be found is on right wing hate sites.

I doubt that the Waldorf allow their employees to broadcast information about their clients on the internet. The supposed receipt that the wing nuts are posting looks like a forgery. The receipt even says "This is the only receipt you will recieve" and supposedly it has Michelle's signature on it. This tells me the receipt was either stolen or forged. No need to phoney up a reciept to tell a true story.

Are you trying to tell me that you think cavier, lobster, champaign, or any other kind of fancy food has every crossed the lips of the McCains ???????

I am very middle class, and I just got back from a fancy cruise, where I enjoyed all manner of fancy food INCLUDING lobster. If an average everyday Jane like me (who DOES care about the less fortunate) can eat lobster, why can't Michelle ???

Would you get your knickers in a twist about the McCains eating lobster in one of their seven houses ?

What's really funny to me is that THIS kind of thing (whether or not Michelle Obama ate lobster and caviar and whether or not Joe the Plumber is mocked by Obama or being used by McCain) is being talked about rather than the REAL story of the day which is Colin Powell's endorsement of Obama.

You are right, it seems like the "lipstick on a pig" brouhaha, and the "Joe the plumber" brouhaha gets more attention than REAL issues, and I guess I'm just as guilty, because I am talking about it as well.

this part of the 'right' side of the board wasn't surprised by his endorsement and really didn't have much to say.

I like and admire CP .. always have and likely always will.

Sure. It also has the reciept to prove it. However, this is not me trying to insult her. It is simply to prove a point. She has the money and she can spend it however she likes. But don't tell me they are everyday folks or that Obama gives a flying rats butt about the middle class.
