I'm not sure why we're discussing Ayers at this point in the game.

She looks and sounds like a Palin/Stepford Wife. That is kind of scary if you ask me. It's disturbing how liberal, left, and anti-American are so firmly linked in these people's minds. If McCain wins the election - and I really hope people really get out and vote in large numbers - I am concerned for the level of violence or media suppression that we could be in for. This is not a good direction for America to be headed in.

You have been told many times why he isn't in prison.

Tell me what act of terrorism this man has committed in the past 40 years - can you list even one? Because if he hasn't committed one in 40 years I think it is safe to say we are out of the woods. Given the level of disgust most of this country, yourself excluded no doubt, feels about our current administration and the endless, pointless war we are currently in you would have thought if this man was truly a danger he would have bombed something more recently. But he has not. Why? Maybe because he has grown up and realized that there are better ways to change the world than through violence. He has worked to improve the educational system, as well as the juvenile justice system.

Like Obama said - the fact that the McCain campaign is focused so heavily on Ayers says more about the McCain campaign than it does about Obama's relationship with Ayers. The fact that we can have a member of the House of Representatives link liberals with Anti-Americanism so freely says more about the McCain campaign than it says about liberals. The fact that this member of the House of Represntatives can call for media scrutiny into members or congress to ferret out the the members who are Anti-American should scare you. That it doesn't says more about you than it does about Obama, the liberals, the media, or me.

Sure, I'll take the bite - how many times on here have we seen the questioning of Obama's "judgement."

Yes...Imagine a White House that (quite literally) believes that elected Democrats are anti-American.

We could start with something more recent like say his pick of a running mate? Or saying the fundamentals of the economy were strong? Or his suspension of his campaign to help fix the sound economy? Or his saying he would delay the debate until the crisis was resolved and then going to the debate with it unresolved? Of his continuing of his campaign even though we are still in the midst of a 'sound economy' not functioning? Or his throwing Joe the plumber under the bus for a political advantage that doesn't seem to have panned out? Gosh maybe we had better NOT talk about McCain's poor judgment, it's too hard to know where to start and it is so like shooting fish in a barrel that it just doesn't seem fair.
