McCain and Palin need to reel in their venom, because the next Joe that gets kicked, might not be so diplomatic! This is outrageous and immature of some GOP supporters.

The first reports that I heard in this regards were that that no one was sure if the "Kill'em" comments were directed at Ayers or Obama. Now the story is that the line wasn't uttered at all.

I don't know if the phrase was uttered and no one else heard it (or would admit to it), or if another phrase like "tell him" or was uttered and misunderstood, or if the reporter downright made it up.

If he downright made it up he should lose his job. If that phrase was really uttered, but no one else heard it (or would admit to hearing it) then he is guilty of sloppy journalism. Should not report things that can not be corroborated. Yes, lots of things in life can not be corroborted. If you didn't record it, and no one else witnessed it, (or will admit to witnessing it) it can not be corroborated. Doesn't make it untrue, just makes it unverifiable, and therefore should not be reported.

I think reporters should have their recording equipment runnning the entire time they are an event, to avoid this sort of thing.

I'm not sure if this guy is a downright liar, misunderstoond something, or just a sloppy reporter.

Anyway, I am still not sure if the "Kill him" phrase was directed at Ayers, not Obama, or was never uttered.

LOL I am concerned about losing my bumper sticker? No I am concerned about paying $400 to have my car repaired. As for the person kicking the reporter?? Are you sure that wasn't another KILL HIM fiasco? Is their a police report or witnesses?

Yeah I guess that Obama supporter was exercising his free speech when he keyed my car.

Again it was an Obama supporter with a sharp object against a sitting car.

Yes I know. Remember Obama's friend Ayers...he said on 9/11 he wishes he had done more to harm the US."

So again, how did I misinterpret your answer? Did you not tie Ayers to keying a car?

"There is some pretty bad stuff there."

There is some pretty bad stuff from both sides.

I thought the "waterboard him" in reference to Obama was pretty bad. And if you really condemn politcally motivated violence, you should to.

And when a democrat "kicks" George Bush "to the ground," I'll be happy to say how wrong that was.
