Isn't Powell the guy who sold the war to the UN?

Sigh. Did I claim that my opinion is an absolute? I claim to disagree with Kissinger, nowhere did I say you must believe me.

I'm a human being with a brain, one who has the right to vote, just as you do. I have the right to form and state my opinion, and that is all I did - nothing more. Yet you jumped all over me for stating my opinion.

Disagree with the damn opinion, and back off of me, ok?

Well unlike those that can't admit that Haig is a lot of things but underwhelming isn't one of them.

No I don't want him in 'my camp' I never liked him. But maybe it's racist of him to endorse the old white guy? After all they are both old white guys.

>>> Sigh. Did I claim that my opinion is an absolute? I claim to disagree with Kissinger, nowhere did I say you must believe me.

Sigh...you said Obama should talk to out enemies without preconditions. I responded by saying that Henry Kissinger...an expert on foreign policy...disagreed. You dismissed Kissinger out of hand, without the slightest argument or evidence, and proceeded to reiterate your opinion. Sure sounds like you believe your opinion is "absolute," and the presumption one could take from you repeating your opinion several times, is that you want me to believe you...or maybe you just like seeing it in print.

>>> I'm a human being with a brain, one who has the right to vote, just as you do. I have the right to form and state my opinion, and that is all I did - nothing more. Yet you jumped all over me for stating my opinion.

I don't think you'll find my footprints on your back. LOL! For the umpteenth time...you're entitled to your opinion. If that's all you have to offer then state it once, clarify that it's only your opinion, and say good-night. But if you want to debate an issue, then it's incumbent upon you to refute the counter arguments and provide evidence to support your point of view. Thus far, you haven't done that with this issue.

>>> Disagree with the damn opinion, and back off of me, ok?

Wow...a bit sensitive? If you feel overwhelmed, then simply don't respond...or perhaps you should rethink engaging in a debate at all.

Race didn't even cross my mind. I was thinking more about the fact that the country is divided pretty much right down the middle by folks who are blindly partisan. I was responding to a post that was talking about the Republican Party and how it's values

So it's only racist if an African American endorses another African American? So African Americans should only endorse the white guys? Then by that logic it would only seem fair that the white guys should have to endorse the African Americans.

Isn't he the guy that indicated he was "in charge" even though he was never in the chain of authority to make such a claim?

Anyone that is a republican that doesn't support the Obama camp is: underwhelming, mean, nasty, racist, dumb, rich, and hatefilled.

Well, you said it, not me.
