My thoughts exactly. Where as Obama hasn't burned any. Then there is the whole who is a 'real' American thing.

We're not afraid of Ayres either...it's Obama we're afraid of...and his close relationships and kindred spirit with so many hate-filled radical people.

You know what the sad thing is - the base of the Republican party would have destroyed Colin Powell, not only because he is black, but because he is pro-choice and not a rabid

>>> Experience can be gained

When you say you "hired people" that implies that there is someone above them, supervising their work, making sure there are no catastrophic errors. There is no one "above" the President. The country can't afford Obama "gaining" foreign policy or economic experience by making catastrophic mistakes on the job. The situation at home and across the world is to volatile and dangerous to have a beginner "leading" by "learning."

Doesn't take long for the "dittoheads" to fall in line with their "Messiah."

Which makes me wonder - where did all this "Messiah" stuff come from in the first place?

There *is* someone above the president - us. We choose them. And in evaluating which will better fulfill job expectations, IMO that is Obama. There are huge red flags attached to McCain, and while you do not think you can take a chance on someone supposedly lacking experience, I see Obama's skills as light years ahead of McCain, in terms of leading a staff and a nation.

Again in my opinion, the real neophyte here is McCain.
