Obama has those "cronies" in his staff or is planning too.

IF Obama wins, and I hope that he does, it will not be because most democrats was to 'stick it to the republicans' as you have said. Simply 'sticking it' to them would not be the reason 100,000 people showed up in St. Louis over the weekend. Simply 'sticking it' to them is not the reason that Obama raised over 150 million dollars in September with an average contribution of $86 showing that most of the contributions are coming from 'regular' folks. (http://elections.foxnews.com/2008/10/20/obama-raises-record-breaking-m/)
Simply 'sticking it' to them would not result in record numbers of new voters registering for the first time. Simply 'sticking it' to them would not cause such veteran republicans as Buckley, Eisenhower, and Powell to decide to endorse Obama.

What Obama brings is an intellect, a calmness, and a willingness to bring the country back together while his opponents do their best to tear it apart. I disagree with your choice, but it is your choice to make. I only hope you will come to see the error.

McCain has displayed years of tolerance, with his voting record.

((((I do agree that her interviews haven't been the best, but she is new to this.))))

No. Palin is no newbie at this. Palin was a mayor for SIX years and 2 as Gov. She was ushered into politics by the "old boys network" like Ted Stevens. She is very well versed on how Washington works, yet she pretends not to know. Palin is lying about Obama, so the disrespect that she receives is merely an answer to her vitriol. An equal and opposite reaction in response to her attacks, so to speak.

I am not a democrat, but I think that Palin is a disaster. She might not be stupid, after all she got this far knowing soooo little, but she lacks a lot of knowledge. She has lied about her record to make herself look like a reformer when she actually is being investigated for billing tax payers for fake travel expenses. And now, her house might have been built as a favor instead of going through proper channels.

So, Palin is attacked for good reason. She is pretending to be a straight talking Maverick Reformer when all I see is a lying wife to a former secessionist that attacks Obama as a terrorist, when it is she that has true terrorist connections, since her husband was a member of AIP.

And I see a governor that abused her power by letting said husband take command of her office, call Obama a traitor, when her actions speak to that charge. I see Palin, a mother that refutes sex education, have a pregnant teen and a special needs child that she left to go back to work 3 days after his birth accuse Obama of killing aborted babies. She's a farce and so we are just calling her as we see her.
