He is just the man that we can use to get back at the republicans.

I have never heard that sentiment.

Probably because of all the attack adds, the negative cr@p posted in here. People are stupid enough to listen to it. It is sickening and repulsive that McCain has to resort to the type of campaign he has been running. He is desperate, and he's been using the likes of Karl Rove, who's butt needs to be kicked to a curb.

"He can't get his nose out of the democratic party's rear end to look at what the other half of this country believes in. He has no record of reaching out to the other side. No record at all. McCain has shown his record of being able to do that. Please do tell me how Obama is going to bring us together."

I have no doubt you think the op is dead on. You are as entitled to your opinion as I am to mine. What I don't know is why you can't seem to accept that without slamming the opposition. Did I say one negative thing specifically about McCain in that post? No.
Insinuations have been made about Obama's citizenship, patriotism, and religion. We are hearing that parts of America are not 'real' America. We have a republican representative that comes right out and says the media should examine every member of congress to see who is 'anti' American. That you are ok with that tells me a lot.

Sometimes it is just nice to be able to have a 'conversation' that does not involve mud slinging. So if that is what you have in mind please don't respond to my posts as I have grown very weary of the ugliness of some posters.
