Just goes to show you that those that will get hit with Obama's tax increase will indeed find a legal way to not have to pay that tax.

Well, I guess if enough people really cheated, he would probably have to cut the military budget since it's such a huge part of our outlay.

As I said, tax evasion is as old as the hills.

And while some making $250,000 might take a dollar salary decrease, I doubt the folks making $350,000 are going to take a $100,000 cut to avoid that 3-4% in additional taxes.

Yes because they will save soooo much money that way. God only knows how people with that amount of intellect managed to make that much money - if it is even a true story. Such a legitimate source - 'a man' 'a large company' some 'unnamed' workers. Yeah don't stop the presses for this one!

That isn't tax evasion.

LOL, 22 workers with the apparent brains to make $250,000, opt to lower their incomes, all

Well presumably the management will now have $22.00 extra dollars, maybe they will give it to some poor underpaid secretary so she has a bit more. Oh no that would be 'spreading the wealth' so what can the company do with the money that doesn't amount to socialism?

I didn't say it wasn't legal.
