Obama is NOT raising taxes

Much has been said about Obama raising taxes, but here's the deal on it.

George W Bush is raising your taxes. It is his tax cut that he signed into law that contained the time for them to EXPIRE.

Obama had nothing to do with this Legislation. It was signed by George W Bush.

Of course, only a few years ago John McCain himself wouldn't support those tax cuts, flip-flopping (again) his position entirely since beginning to run for President after the 2004 election.

================================

Reward Republicans for 8 years of failure? No way, No how, No McCain!

That link says nothing about those workers all being Democrats.

When I file taxes, it never asks my political affiliation.

All government workers are Democrats who fear government reform, are heavily unionized, and financial backers of Democrats. There may be some isolated Republicans, but they generally avoid the hacks in the system, and do their jobs. Do us all a favor, walk into any school, any government office, any state university, and ask for the Republican.

I'm not sure if the people really want the truth if they can possibly say government workers are not majority Democrats. How do I know? The sky is blue in my world. ;)

<$250K are not millionaires then they need to learn how to save instead of throwing their money away at Saks, ha ha. No sympathy for the big spenders.>>

I've never stepped foot in a Saks but I'm guessing they don't sell educations at Saks. I'm just guessing they don't sell equipment for disabled people at Saks. I'm just guessing they don't have physical therapists at Saks. I'm guessing they don't sell liquid nutrition for tube-fed people at Saks. I don't believe they have hippo-therapy services at Saks. Saks is not one of the many charitable organizations I support.

I'm throwing money away on my children's education and on caring for a child who will never be able to care for herself.

I do save. I'm saving so that some day we can retire and I'm saving so I can afford to pay my estimated tax payments and state tax in probably close to two dozen states.

And in case you haven't been watching the news, the stock market is down a bit.

And I have no sympathy for the people that Obama thinks have more right to my money than my family does.

I guess this means that just you think that all government workers (civil servants) are Democrats, but you cannot support it with any real "proof."

Still voted 23 times not to cut taxes. Yet now, all of a sudden, he is going to cut all these taxes? Please.

I personally don't believe everything I hear-- from either side. But hey, that's just me.

The "Bush tax cuts" cut taxes across the board...not just for the "really rich"
