Okay, Sarah's "official" Troopergate investigation begins????? She's delusional. Sarah is guilty, why does she want to be punished for it, too? Is she a masochist? lol. Or did she cut a deal with the board doing the investigation?

Just as you were not truly under the impression that Palin had been undergoing criminal trial in a court of law regarding this matter, I doubt anyone else here was under that impression, either.
Nevertheless, I will repeat - again - that, according to an investigator who was hired to investigate the matter, Sarah Palin abused her power as governor, in violation of the statute listed. Branchflower's final report gives the specific statute, for crying out loud.

I have not mentioned the words "guilty" or "charge(d)" in this thread, ever. Go on, I don't expect you to believe me. But if you scroll backward through it, you will discover that it is nonetheless true. I'm quite aware of the differences, which is why I suggested you might need some remedial brush-up on the report, if you think that Palin was not found to have violated an Alaska state statute.

No, it appears that melanie would like "guilty" to mean ONLY "convicted of a crime in a court of law."
So, for example, if you tell your spouse that the family dog has "a guilty look" on his face, and you're wondering if he got into the treat box again, what you're really saying is "honey, the dog has the appearance of someone who's been convicted in a court of law by a jury of his peers."
