I will be more concerned about what will be discussed "WITHIN THE FIRST SIX MONTHS" if Obama is elected, or if we will lose some of our "debaters" in the crisis that Biden has warned us about.
YOUR OWN V.P. NOMINEE has warned you. He has 26+ years of foreign policy experience and HEADS the Foreign Relations Committee. I think his warnings should be taken seriously. To me this is the most important issue we face.
So I get to say, truthfully, that I don't care a fig what the debates will be about after November 5th. I will stay probably through the end of the day AFTER election day (unless some Diebold-and-SCOTUS-generated travesty-of-democracy unfolds as it did in 2000), and then I will, at long last, VERY happily, let this place slide into my own personal rear-view mirror.
It's been fun posting with you over the years. I wish you and your family the best. I'm in the exact same spot as you. Once this election is over,
I agree with what you said. I live in PA the state with 21 electoral votes, who McCain probably could of had if he picked our former govornor Tom Ridge(aka Mr Duct tape) for the life of me I don't know how he could have been so stupid to say we should plactic sheeting and duct tape ourselves in our homes. With no oxygen to circulate at all we would all die anyway.
Yep, the good ole Conservatives "cherry-picked" that speech of Biden's too! go figure. Look, if you want to compare Obama to Kennedy as being a "young president" so be it, but didn't Kennedy get us through the "Cuban Missle Crisis" ? Biden said he believed that Obama would be tested in his first 6 months with some sort of crisis, but he said we would get through it since Obama has a spine of steel. Obama remained calm and unruffled in EVERY debate, unlike McCain who seemed rattled, and eye rolling and snickering and jaw clenching, etc.
