An Obama funny

Today on my way to lunch I passed a homeless guy with a sign that read "Vote Obama, I need the money." I laughed.
Once in the restaurant my server had on a "Obama 08" tie, again I laughed as he had given away his political preference -- just imagine the coincidence.
When the bill came I decided not to tip the server and explained to him that I was exploring the Obama redistribution of wealth concept. He stood there in disbelief while I told him that I was going to redistribute his tip to someone who I deemed more in need--the homeless guy outside. The server angrily stormed from my sight.
I went outside, gave the homeless guy $10 and told him to thank the server inside as I've decided he could use the money more. The homeless guy was grateful.
At the end of my rather unscientific redistribution experiment I realized the homeless guy was grateful for the money he did not earn, but the waiter was pretty angry that I gave away the money he did earn even though the actual recipient deserved money more.
I guess redistribution of wealth is an easier thing to swallow in concept than in practical application.

(((((After all, Obama funneled to Syrian millionaire Rezco federal tax money intended to help the poor in Chicago and left them with condemned homes; Obama funneled Annenberg money intended to help Chicago's inner city schools to ACORN; Obama resisted regulation of Fannie Mae, allowed Fannie Mae Administrator Raines to earn $90 million in six years, and then received more contributions from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac supporters and PACS in two years as a Senator than any other politician except Dodd - leaving Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac bankrupt and the taxpayers to pay the bill.))))))
When did Sean Hannity start posting here? lol. None of this is true about Obama. But FOX, and other
Well I just received this from my very dear friend.
Its rather humorous how the Republicans like to pretend that concept of taxation is new.
>>> If this business is reinvesting it's resources into its workforce by providing health insurance and higher wages, then that business owner will receive TAX CUTS to off-set any TAX INCREASES.
Um...so what you're really saying is that if businesses conduct business the way Obama, who's never run a business, thinks they should conduct business, then he'll promise them a tax cut that he won't deliver on. Thanks. BTW, providing health insurance isn't an "investment" in a workforce, especially with transitory, unskilled labor like waiters and waitresses, it's a perk, and it's usually dependent on an employers ability to provide them, not Obama's edict that they be forced on businesses. Also, wages are set by the market place, not a liberal agenda with no perception of reality.
>>> A little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
Boy are you sure are right there...just look at Obama's supporters. They've managed to take a know-nothing, done-nothing, promise-everything, shady empty suit like Obama and actually make him a viable candidate for the Presidency...and all because they were gullible enough to swallow his slogan of "hope and change." Isn't America wonderful? The only country in the world where absolutely anyone...even an inexperienced, elitist fop...can grow up to be President. I feel a tear welling up.
>>> McCain and Palin regurgitate these lies on the stoop, and so I understand why their supporters believe them.
I guess that explains your clinging to the lies Obama reads from his teleprompter rather than examining the truth for yourself.
>>> Obama's plan requires that businesses not just skim profits off of the top, but reinvest back in thier business and grow them...
Wow...good thinking...get businesses to "reinvest" (as if they didn't do this already, but why expect someone who's never run a business to understand this) by raising their taxes. I don't know why someone didn't think of this sooner! It makes SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much sense! Go Obama! LOL!
>>> Obama takes care of creating more green jobs,
Obama is a pandering idiot. You can't create "green jobs" in a non-functioning industry anymore than you can legislate invention. If you could, then cancer would have been cured long ago...but it isn't, is it? Green jobs will be created, quite independently of the government, when someone invents a practical, working technology.
>>> increases jobs in civic sector and so more of the population is working;
Is this the moronic "build the infrastructure" plan? As if this were America, circa 1920? Sorry, but things would have to be pretty bad for folks in the technology sector to pick up shovels or drive a backhoe. But maybe Barry is intending to revitalize the Post Office? Or maybe he'll need a bunch of folks to handle his health care organization with the same lightning-like efficiency we've come to expect from Medicare or the DMV. It's a brand new Obama world. ; )
>>> so the restaurant owner gets more business,
Because Obama wished it were so? LOL! I know he's the Obamessiah, but I didn't know he had super powers.
>>> and since the business grows,
Wow...Barry can make businesses grow AFTER taxing the heck out of them? That's amazing.
>>> he hires more employees,
Wow...even MORE amazing that the owner can hire MORE employees with HIGHER wages and FREE healthcare for everyone AFTER Obama has raised his taxes. This is truly fantastic. I really want to learn how this Obamathematics works.
>>> Obama gives him more business tax cuts, employees get better benefits. Great economics.
This new Obama-fantasy world sounds absolutely wonderful. I'm going to go get some kool-aid so I can join in on the fun with all you liberals. Go Obama!
>>> Yeah, it's a good story about an isolated incident.
It's a clear example of Obamanomics.
>>> Here's the broader reality. The Republicans deregulated us into the worst fiscal crisis since the Great Depression, 70 years ago.
I appreciate the Democrat kool-aid version of history, but the facts are quite different. It was the Dems who pushed the Community Reinvestment Act, which was the start of the sub-prime lending scheme. It was the Dems who ran Fannie and Freddie who implied guarantee of those loans and who paid Dems like Dodd and Obama and countless lobbyists to protect them. It was Dems like Franklin Raines, an Obama advisor, who scammed $90 MILLION in 6 years for selling the sub-primes. It was Dems like Barney Frank, Chris Dodd and Maxine Waters, and entire committees, who protected Fannie and Freddie from attempts at regulation by both Bush and McCain. True, the Republicans should have done more, but this "crisis" is the Democrats own deviant progeny. Embrace it.
>>> The Republicans neglected the middle class, who did poorly under them. And while they were at it the Republicans rushed us into an unnecessary, incredibly costly war in Iraq for reasons that turned out to be completely false.
So many lies, so little time. Action against Iraq because of WMDs was pushed by the Dems under Clinton. It was Clinton who bombed Iraq to eliminate them. It was Clinton who signed the US policy for regime change in Iraq...and it was the Dems, a few short years later, who supported the President in declaring war on Iraq to secure those WMDs. After that, they revealed their true selves...a gaggle of scumbag liars and revisionists.
>>> So try to whip people up against the Democrats by going after the random homeless guy. The middle class will vote for itself this time, thank you very much.
Hopefully, the middle class will vote it's own interests and realize that socialism isn't their "friend."
>>> History proves the opposite my friend. Bush and McCain's record on jobs and the economy is terrible.
You'd be right except for the millions of jobs that have been created and the consistent growth of the economy. Now Obama, on the other hand, has no record to speak of, but we've all seen how successful socialism has been in the past.
>>> I love how you posted on a later post that you didn't write the original post...only when you were called on it...and now are proceeding as if it never happened. I personally would be too embarrassed to do that...but that is just me, I guess.
I guess...but as another member noted, all it took was a quick "google" to see the joke mentioned a couple of thousand times. I guess some people are more easily duped than others. Obama supporter?
