nah, 4 years will go by quick. In that time, I intend on buying up as much stock as I can while it's cheap, so when the 4 yrs are up and the Republicans take control again, I'll be sitting back laughing.

Regardless of which candidate wins, I will continue to do what I must do...be a responsible citizen of this nation. I will obey just laws and civilly disobey unjust ones, if the constitutional right of petition fails to rectify a grievance. I will teach others the responsible methods by which a citizen of this nation uses intelligence and good judgment to be the final authority in this democratic republic. I will try and insist that my local, state and federal government make every effort to abide by the goals set forth in the United States Constitution:

Union

Justice

Domestic Tranquility

Common Defense

General Welfare

Blessings of Liberty

I'll answer my own question: If McCain should win, I will remain in the US, but I will likely take part in more protests and demonstrations.

>>I worry about what our allies think of the US in the world today. My greatest concern about another 4 years of republican rule is the further alienation of our allies. We cannot stand alone in the world; we need support others and be supported in turn.<<

ITA with this. We're not the bottom of the barrel yet but we really need to get ourselves back to where we were.
