Those were not "tough" questions. Those were stoooopid questions, stupid enough to be downright insulting.

What if senator X went for a TV interview and was asked, "so, senator X, how much do you like having sex with chickens?" Assuming there was no reason to think that senator X ever had sex with a chicken, how would you expect him to react to that line of "tough" questioning?

>>You aren't allowed to raise Obama's middle name, Hussein. You aren't allowed to say that half of his family is Muslim. You aren't allowed to say that he was born to a Muslim father, which, under Islam, automatically made him a Muslim. You aren't allowed to discuss Reverend Wright. Or Bill Ayers. Or Bernardine Dohrn. Or Louis Farrakhan. Or Father Phleger. Or Tony Rezko. You aren't allowed to point out that so far, the Iranians, the Russians, the Syrians, Hamas, parts of al Qaeda, Hugo Chavez, the Castro brothers, and Kim Jong Il have endorsed him. You aren't allowed to ask him about the vote fraud or illegal campaign contributions being done in his name. You aren't allowed to say he's lying about his tax plan. Or about his past associations. Or his past, period.<<

Clearly you are.

You've got to remember that these are the same type of people who believe that Obama is hypnotizing everyone, that "techdude" has the credentials to be able to determine that the birth certificate examined by Fact Check is really a fake, that one sentence taken out of context defines who Obama is and what his plans are, etc., etc., etc.

There was legitimate concern that newspapers such as the New York Times were publishing national security secrets on the front page, thereby endangering our men and women on the battlefield and our broader national security.

that's always been one thing that concerned me ...

the 16 month phase out plan concerns me for the same reason ... I feel it endangers those man and women still there.

it's also funny to me that once again the double standard is evident ... Palin calls off or elects not to do interviews b/c of how reporters treat her - and she's a whiney baby and the camp is HIDING her .. Biden does it - he's justified.

Biden says dumb crap - lol that's just Biden

Palin says dumb crap - she's an idiot who must be destroyed

It may be tempting for Obama supporters to look the other way when journalists are intimidated, when voter registration is subverted, when relationships with terrorists and anti-Semites are revealed, when income redistribution is advocated. . .but it is dangerous to do so.

You assume that Obama supporters are taking things at face value and haven't done any research into any of the claims put forth by the conservatives/Republicans.

I have been also. One thing for sure, I do NOT want my Dh's Health ins benefits TAXED. So, that in itself is a good reason why I'm not voting for McCain and neither is my Dh, nor my son.
