Well, I looked at the plan on the website. It looks like they "assume" we pay 3,000 a year as our part of the Health Ins. the 12,600 is probably right, but my DH's employer has my DH paying 4,500 a year for Health ins. with sucky deductables. So, it gives us nothing so to speak.
McCain's website says the "employer" will not be taxed, except on his OWN, not the employees. But like i explained, the chart given "assumes" people pay the average of 3,000, maybe some, but my DH pays 4,500.
***Anyone looking in from the outside knows that the liberal/progressive "left" (in gen.) only wishes to stifle opposing views and doesn't wish to be confronted

>>And do you know if the taxed amount is on the employer's portion only or a combo of what the employee
I know, I'm silly.

>>It is a right-wing meme that progressive taxation is Marxist.
<OK, even if that's true (never heard it), WHAT does this have to do with the OP?
