How do you justify McCain skating along behind rainman Bush all this time in lock step until he ran for president?

Are we back to the 90% he voted with Bush?

McCain has publicly opposed Bush on a number of issues. This is the main reason many on the right were not crazy about McCain.

You're obviously evading because there is no difference.

LOL! You're right, it WAS in 2003 (oh, the dim mists of history, LOL).

However, that's going to be cold comfort for McCain and his supporters like you, when you realize that the figure has actually INCREASED in the last two years, as McCain has sought to shore up his "cred" with the wingnut base by betraying everything that even might have SEEMED "maverick-y" or "independent" about his positions, once upon a time.

Yep....the GoOPer 527s are reaching way back into the dank recesses of their political dirty-tricks closet for the fetid bag labeled "last resort."

Not unexpected....but still pretty sad (except to the degree that they show the GOP in general to be totally bereft of anything else with which to attack Obama: on THAT score, they are strangely heartening).

Hmm, well since McCain and Palin have preacher problems of their own that might be a bit like people in glass houses....
