Obama's Middle Class-Which Is It?

On July 7 in St. Louis, Obama said:

"If Senator McCain wants a debate about taxes in this campaign, then it is a debate I have (sic) happy to have, because if you're a family making less than $250,000 a year, my plan will not raise your taxes."

Then, more recently, Obama said:

" If you have a job, pay taxes, and make less than $200,000 a year, you'll get a tax cut."

Most recently, Biden said in a t.v. interview on WNEP-TV:

"It should go like it used to. It should go to middle-class people, people making under $150,000 a year"

So, where does he draw the line?

That is why when he made that proposal I was shaking my head going, hmm how'd he come up with that and I can see the amount going way down.

Yep... I've tried to follow his math - not adding up. And remember - Obama couldn't name a program he'd have to cut due to our economic crisis - maybe he's decided how to come up with more money?

I think what he is trying to do is if he gets elected he can say that Biden gaffed, and the real tax increase is for those Americans making $250.
