Most is a relative term...real number or percent of population? I would assume, since until this latest slump the number of millionaires has increased in the last decade every year....George W. Bush?
If I took slurs against teachers personally, I would have been 'postal' years ago. There are many in my profession who give the rest of us a bad name. There are many who aren't in my profession who have no idea what teaching entails.
To be fair, I have never taught the economics course here in NYS. I do teach 7th and 8th grade social studies and the students learn about the theory of capitalism and the rudiments of the stock market. In my class we also do a lot of work with supply and demand, credit, etc. I don't go into in depth studies because they are 12-14 years old.
(By the way, I am having fun with this, you are a great 'opponent')

History classes....economics classes....at least here in NYS
Don't take this personally if you're a teacher, but I have a strong disdain for our educational system, since its mostly rote memorization.
How in depth does it go on the personal responsibilities therein ?
I've taken multiple classes in business, two in history and multiple economics classes, and none of them delved much into that
I never learned the personal responsibilities in a capitalistic society from any institution

I read Atlas Shrugged. I read the Communist Manifesto. I read Mein Kamf. For that matter, I read Gulag Archipelago and The Great Gatsby.
There is a difference between a level playing field and socialism, just like there is a difference between the current US and facism.
