I missed it due to a graduate class :( so I wondered if anyone else had seen it. I was surprised not to see anything posted here about it. If you did watch it what did you think? Good? Bad? Valuable info? Waste of time? Are you planning to watch McCain later tonight?

>>> No but obviously YOU think *I* do. But anywho, I stated that only to explain what "MY" thought process was behind the word popular.

I understand...but popular means well liked, while famous means well known.

< You're mistaken. It's based on performance, not population.

>>> In order to get approval ratings, don't they have to poll the population? Or am I mistaken about that too?

I'm sure they do...or at least a representative sample. You don't really think that they poll everyone to see who's ahead in the Prez race, do you?

>>> My comment simply stated it was MY opinion and that I am sure other people will not think as I do. But it seems that you seem to hang on to my every word even though you don't agree.

It's true...otherwise, how would I know I disagree?

When taxes are raised, revenues go down. Obama will then not have money for his programs. Taxes raised during the 30s lengthened the pain.

Yes I am aware that they just poll a sample.

Yeah, hes "worked his way up" CHICAGOLAND STYLE. Does America REALLY need this kind of leader? He has worked his way up in CHICAGO POLITICS, the most corrupt system in America. Oh, boy.

I would be upset with any voter fraud, but the felons are by and large Democrats. Throughout history, Republicans have to have enough votes to OVERCOME all the voter fraud generated by Democrats. I remember Lyndon Johnson being elected because he received all of the "dead vote" in South Texas. That's why Democrats fight so hard to keep people from having to show I.D. at the polls. Half their voters would be disqualified if they had to prove they were really legal U.S. citizens who were STILL ALIVE. The voter fraud with absentee ballots is enormous. Democrats can now use a PARK BENCH as an address! You have to prove who you are to board an airplane, but not to VOTE!

Bush inherited a recession and brought us out of it with flying colors. The economy has been steadily good until 2006.
