That I will agree with. Why have to pay a middle man, the business should negotiate directly with the ins. company.

I think there are layers and layers of reasons for the economic problems.


I do real estate litigation, bankruptcy and commercial litigation.


The first year, I did vote for Granholm (D).

I sat through the Collins & Aikman Bankruptcy Confirmation hearings, and it was a hard dose of reality because with that particular bankruptcy you could see how far beyond Michigan's borders it reached and how many people it affected.

I just found this:

I think her appointment to this panel will be a disaster (although if it leaves a vacancy here in Michigan to be filled by someone else, it might help MI).
