Fox 'NEWS' is fair and balanced. Where fox gets it rap is with their opinion shows; H&C etc... which of course, are not news. Cnn has them, msnbc has them. I suppose some could nitpick and be critical of the news ticker and stuff, but really who cares and switching channels is easy. I like Shepherd Smith's hours the most, one day he might smile.

Are NBC, ABC, CBS and Fox owned and operated as businesses? If a person doesn't like what a business is doing they don't buy their stock, they don't frequent their venues.
Business are in business to make money. None of them have the responsibility to be fair or balanced.

Actually, it is a proven fact, FOX is not fair and/or balanced. I have listened to McCain, and to Palin. They each spend most of their time bashing Obama, instead of telling us what they will do. As far as FOX is concerned, Obama can't do anything right, and McCain can't do anything wrong. That kind of bias, is never fair or balanced. Most Republicans I know, even admit FOX has at least a lean to the right.
