Is CNN neutral?

I'm in the UK, and I've just found out that my cable TV carries CNN. It would be interesting to watch in the run-up to the election, but I'm wondering whether CNN is considered a neutral or biased news source. I'm aware that American news channels can be very partisan, so any advice on this would be appreciated.

TIA

I watch Fox for balance - in fact I am watching Fox right now - Brit Hume is trying to throw some negativity on the result of the election but even he had to admit Obama ran an excellent campaign. Kristol is trying to find creative ways that McCain can still win but in the end admits it is unlikely. So it is nice to see them struggle to find something good about McCain's campaign. Gives me hope that Obama will win because I just can't shake this nagging feeling that in the end people will vote for McCain on fear of someone who doesn't look like them in the White House.

Hi neighbour!

CNN is way too loud to watch all night, imho.

So we are going to watch a mix of CNN (for ambiance ;-), BBC and Dutch Public Television.
