Speaking of "twisted direction" this country is taking, well that only seems to be the view of a very, very few.
Yes, it's just terribly biased around here.
All "right"-thinking persons should immediately decamp for hannity.com or rushlimbaugh.com, to be amongst like-minded people where never is heard a discouraging word, and the skies are not cloudy all day (and John McCain is "surging").
McCain LOST???
I would guess iV's culture is liberal because that was essential how it formed up. I've been around for going on 8 years now, and really do not see any blatant leanings one way or another.
This is a women's site, and it surely tends to embrace views from the general perspective of women. Poll after poll indicates women are a bit more liberal than men - not an absolute measurement, but of degree. I'd not tie that back to GE and NBC.

The software my company uses to block unwanted sites will let me access "famousmormons.com" but blocks "famousUUs.com" filing it under "occult".
That does not make me think the software maker or my company think UUs belong to the occult but rather that any software that works on trigger words will make errors.
I use a wonderful program with my students -- a mission to mars -- and had to quit one year because one of the URLs -- very long string of letters and numbers -- happened to have three xs in a row.
Does this kind of thing worry anyone else out there?
No.
Socialism, political correctness . . . I declare, I can't read posts anymore without flashing back to coed mullets, suit jackets with overstuffed shoulders, and bad British synth pop.
