An independent review of the case (read that no political axes to grind) has found that Sarah Palin did NOT violate any ethics laws or any other laws in the case involving her brother in law and the firing of the Public Service Commissioner.

I'd say I hate to say I told you so, but I don't.

No, I have researched this extensively. It appears it is you are are confused and "unknowledgeable" in this regard.

The committee was lead by a partisan Democrat who hired another partisan Democrat to be the Special Prosecutor. There are pictures of both men posing with Obama at the Democratic headquarters in Alaska. The head of the committee asked the special prosecutor to deliver an "October Surprise". The special prosecutor presented his report to the committee. They did not vote on the merits of the report, only to release it.

As the singularly most unqualified person currently running for national office she's a natural target.

The members cannot be removed without cause, and a Governor cannot "invent" cause! That's ridiculous. The person involved would have to be proven to have acted outside the law!

It was her duty as governor to present this controversy to the Personnel Board. At that time the special prosecutor investigates and if any wrongdoing is found, the Attorney General will prosecute.

No wrongdoing was found so she has been exonerated.

Actually she is more qualified than Barack Obama, and he is at the TOP of the ticket. I am much more comfortable with her being V.P. and getting some "on the job training" than I am with an extremely unqualified guy as PRESIDENT from DAY ONE!
