An independent review of the case (read that no political axes to grind) has found that Sarah Palin did NOT violate any ethics laws or any other laws in the case involving her brother in law and the firing of the Public Service Commissioner.

I'd say I hate to say I told you so, but I don't.

by the way you keep saying AND which is incorrect the findings themselves say BY

if I say x was speeding AND broke the law it 'can' have a different meaning than x broke the law by speeding .... that AND can leave it wide open to speculation that perhaps speeding wasn't the only violation.

The original report did accuse her of violating the law. This report, hired by the actual board that has jurisdiction makes it clear that the Democrat who submitted the first report was wrong. I can see that you are very disappointed.

That's what the review board found, that there was no violation of the AEEA, though whether that finding is

Unbelievable. The original "decision" was nothing more than a political dirty trick by a couple of Democrat Obama supporters. They NEVER had jurisdiction over this, the original liberal hack "investigator" just made a "finding" so that he could have a HEADLINE that might damage the very popular Governor Palin. It should have always been with the Personel Board, which is the ONLY body that actually has jurisdiction in this case. She is EXONERATED.

She did release her a medical summery, just like Obama.

You seem to carry a lot of hate for this woman. My advice, release it. It could cause you more harm than it could ever cause her.

There was only one man, Mr. Branchflower, a Democrat Obama supporter who accused her of ethics violations. He was a Special Prosecutor hired by Democrat Obama supporter who headed the committee and asked him to supply an "October Surprise". The committee did not support or vote on the findings, only whether or not to release the report.

Fox is a news organization. The Daily Kos and Huffington Post are propaganda vehicles. Big difference.
