Would you consider a white man dressed in KKK garb to be in the KKK?

This is what I found online about poll watchers, it's for the state of South Carolina, I could not find information for PA, but if that is all correct, then that man was not a poll watcher, or if he was a very bad one at that.

It was sent from a phone that mysteriously doesn't answer when called. Just that modem sound - so we can't figure it out. We did save the text and take it to the democratic headquarters here for them to look into - but we really don't know yet. Her boyfriend is also a new voter, and a union member. He is an electrician. So we think it was the union affiliation that generated the call - his union has endorsed Obama.

since it's been said by most here that ONE was tapping the stick and only one ... what was blown out of proportion?

The incident itself is being blown out of proportion--unless you think that every time a couple of men

There are rules about what poll watchers can wear in my state - no political affiliation. Poll watchers stand inside the polling place to watch for problems with the machines or people being challenged without cause, they do not stand outside the polling place to intimidate would be voters. Our role as poll watchers is to make sure people are allowed to vote and are able to vote. If there had been an issue with the Panthers standing outside the judge should have called police immediately. Period.

Why shouldn't college students be voting where it is convenient for them to do so?

In my state, college students in dorms can register to vote for pres/vp, but not for the state or local candidates or issues. Do you have a problem with that?
