What I would like to understand is how they can call states a winner for either party when only 12 percent of precincts are reporting in--for example, Michigan.

What do you mean, exactly, when you say Obama "wants to change the fundamentals of this country"?

I am familiar with most of his policies and plans and I am not aware of any that fall under that category. Thanks.
