I agree she was used, I just don't know if she will really see it for what it was. I can't claim to understand the Evangelical point of view I wonder if she was willingly used. If she really wanted to bring her worldview to the nation then she was a willing participant. The part I really do not understand is how an Evangelical Christian can just jump down into the gutter the way she did. She seemed to really enjoy participating in the smear campaign. I never have understood how one reconciles that sort of 'godless' behavior with a 'Christian' life.
I'll admit I don't understand how she was used. I don't think there's any evidence that anyone brought her into the campaign dishonestly, or that she was deceived in why they picked her.
I don't think Elizabeth would be able to answer my question either. In my experience some people just can't see themselves the way the rest of the world perceives them.
