Just a reminder that those who are so unhappy about Obama being elected President are free to leave the United States and go live someplace else.

>>>I can tell you that the plunge the day after the elections was the biggest post election plunge in history

Anyone who has taken a sophomore-level philosophy class in college knows that just because two things happen at the same time doesn't necessarily mean that one caused the other.

But for those who insist that Wednesday's drop had something to do with Tuesday's election, I guess yesterday's 250-point rally was linked to Obama's first press conference.

“If, by a ‘liberal,’ they mean someone who looks ahead and not behind, someone who welcomes new ideas without rigid reactions, someone who cares about the welfare of the people – their health, their housing, their schools, their jobs, their civil rights, and their civil liberties – someone who believes we can break through the stalemate and suspicions that grip us in our policies abroad, if that is what they mean by a ‘liberal,’ then I’m proud to say I’m a ‘liberal.’”

I haven't ordered her to do anything nor have I seen anybody blaming the Obama supporters for anything but God help anybody that disagrees with them. Democrats have griped for the last 8 years (granted, haven't we all? hehe) so get over it if Republicans want to gripe now. I'm sure they are quite aware of any "options" they have but thank God they don't all listen to the "if you don't like it, leave" crap. If Democrats had 8 years ago this country would be just as bad off. And I'm also tired of how Democrats seem to suggest that the Republican side is the only side of things that spread lies around about the other candidate. Seriously? Is anybody on either side of it that blind in any election? They're politicians. They lie. They tell people what they want to hear. That's how they get elected.

I agree with you that Republicans have a right to gripe.

funny - I saw people on both sides of the fence objecting to the post that was yes, merely a suggestion.

No Ghostrider, I am afraid you are just so very wrong on that. You see on Wednesday I wore a black skirt - hence the drop in the stock market. Yesterday I wore a grey skirt, hence the 250-point rally. Also, on Wednesday I forgot to carry my rabbit's foot lucky charm, but I did remember to carry it during Obama's press conference. So it is either the rabbit's foot or the color of my skirt. I will try the same strategy next week and get back to you - ok?
