You are right, the hatred that is fomented against Obama is very UN-CHRISTIAN, yet some of the most virulent Obama haters dare to call themselves Christian. If this offends you so much, you should speak out against the people who call themselves Christian, and spew such hatred against Obama.
WorldNetDaily call itself a Christian news service and Anne Coulter calls herself a Christian, and the hatred that spews from those two "sources" are appalling. Their hatred and the fact that they hide behind "Christianity" is very offensive.
I'm sure that these people share many traits, like being mentally ill, and other problems. Why is your focus on the possibility that they are Christians?
That would indicate that you think being Christian is more likely the cause of their behavior than mental illness.
If not, then why is Christianity even being brought up here?
I am not focusing on the "possibility" that they are Christian, I am responding to another poster who got insulted when another poster said she hoped that those who spew hatred do NOT call themselves Christian.
I was just pointing out that many of the sources of this Obama hatred CLAIM to be Christian. If the linking of this hatred to Christianity is so insulting, then really, you should take it up with people who spread this garbage behind a veneer of Christianity.
why are we making the jump to Chistianity here???
Back to the OP ---
I didn't say I hated Coulter. I pointed out that she calls herself a Christian and spews hatred on a supposedly "Christian" news site "WorldNet Daily".
I do hate her words tho'. Big difference.
