Deficit Spending. This situation is exactly when we should engage in it. It is unfortunate that we've been doing it during times of surplus.

For years the libs have been whining and whining and whining about spending...about how it's dangerous for our national security...about how terrible it is to burden our grandchildren with this kind of debt...but now that it's the Obamessiah who wants to spend, spend, spend, things have certainly changed..."What's a trillion more - more or less?
