This is very distressing, this finding legal loopholes such that others are placed at risk. We have threatened Iran with war for their refusal to back down - yet our own companies place advanced technology right in their laps.

It seems to me the government does have another option here - we have seen the president rant about Iran; perhaps it is time for a rant about corporations that do stuff like this. Call them out publicly.

They aren't a threat to us, but they are a threat to the region. Placing such technology in their hands contrary to government wishes is not appropriate.

I am for lifting sanctions and talking, but so long as we threaten Iran for not going along with our wishes, it seems kinda dumb to allow this to go on.
